Support Calgary home buyers through sales assistance, showhome tours, customer service, and appointment booking across StreetSide communities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant supports StreetSide’s home buying process. You will provide product information, qualify purchasers, track customer details, and assist with financing. The work also includes maintaining appealing showhomes and sales centres while coordinating customer updates, walkthroughs, and project changes.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers as the first point of contact
Provide tours, product information, and purchase-process guidance
Answer calls and emails while booking appointments
Qualify purchasers and track customer information
Maintain showhomes, sales centres, brochures, and signage
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months of sales experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software proficiency
