Support adults in KingWay’s group living services through personalized care, community inclusion, and calm crisis response on a full-time basis.
As a Direct Support Skilled, you will provide resident-centered support in Adult Supported Group Living Services. The permanent position includes case management, personal care, medication reconciliation, and Individual Support Plans. You will also document services, communicate with stakeholders, and promote self-determination.
Key Responsibilities: Provide respectful personal care based on individual preferences
Develop and implement Individual Support and Person-Centered Plans
Facilitate weekly medication setup and reconciliation
Encourage skill development and community inclusion




Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory reporting
Requirements: Relevant two-year diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
Vulnerable sector police clearance
Valid G driver’s license and insurability
Experience following Behaviour Support Plans
Availability for days, evenings, sleep shifts, weekends, and call-ins
Bring compassionate personal care, organized documentation, and person-centered planning to KingWay’s adult supported living services.
