The Vision Centre Manager oversees Division 30 day-to-day activities and reports to the District Manager for professional services. This manager develops the optical business, controls wages against the P&L;, and delivers the sales budget. The position also requires regulatory awareness, qualified standards, and adherence to Walmart policy.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Vision Centre people, operations, and merchandise
Develop optical business through programs and Walmart brand promotion
Build relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers




Evaluate written prescription orders from customers or Doctors
Maintain safe, operational conditions during posted business hours
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old
Follow provincial and federal eyewear dispensing guidelines
Practice within the regulatory environment of the region
Maintain equipment and follow emergency policies
Delegate tasks within the applicable regulatory framework
Manage Walmart optical operations in Brandon while supporting compliance, business development, prescription services, and customer experience.
