This hands-on HR Business Partner supports e-STORAGE across North America. The position balances strategic partnership with daily HR execution. Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
Key Responsibilities: Align HR strategies with senior leaders’ business objectives
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Coach leaders on performance and team effectiveness
Execute onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding




Lead employee relations concerns with appropriate documentation
Requirements: Experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
Working knowledge of Workday transactions, reporting, and data management
Understanding of Canadian and United States employment practices
Ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally
Robust organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
