As part of Clio’s Total Rewards team, you will help scale health, wellness, retirement, and related benefit programs. The role spans North America, Europe, LATAM, and beyond, with responsibility for translating global strategy into meaningful experiences. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver benefits across more than ten countries
Harmonize programs following acquisitions and global standardization
Execute renewals and open enrolment periods
Implement automated systems and Workday integrations
Develop global benefits communications and engagement strategies
Requirements: Five-plus years of global benefits experience
Experience covering United States, Europe, and LATAM
Robust Workday Benefits administration proficiency
Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA
CEBS or GBA designation considered an asset
Bring global benefits, Workday, compliance, and stakeholder management expertise to Clio’s expanding Total Rewards programs.
