Humberview Volkswagen is seeking a Parts Advisor to support its service department and customers. You will identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts while maintaining accurate inventory. The position also involves helping technicians obtain required parts and providing quick, friendly, knowledgeable service.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
Identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts
Deliver parts to technicians in the shop
Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
Review back orders and issue returned-parts credits
Requirements: Self-motivated approach with high energy
Engaging enthusiasm when assisting customers and technicians
Ability to learn electronic parts catalogues
CDK software experience is an asset
Volkswagen product knowledge is an asset
