Key Responsibilities: Support residents with daily routines and overall comfort
Maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments
Assist care teams under healthcare professional direction
Communicate respectfully with residents, families,



and team members
Participate fully in HCAP training, education, and practicum
Requirements: Grade 10 completion, including English 10 or equivalent
Strong English communication skills
Canadian citizen or permanent resident with proof
Not currently working as a Health Care Assistant
Commitment to full time paid training and college education
Develop compassionate, person-centered care skills through Baptist Housing’s HCAP pathway toward Health Care Assistant registration.
