Black & McDonald seeks a Communications Co-op Student for the Winter term. You will support internal and external content, marketing campaigns, and communication initiatives. The work develops planning, collaboration, editing, and project execution skills while reaching employees and stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and proofread internal and external content
Gather stories, photos, and materials from organizational teams
Support editorial calendars and marketing campaigns
Coordinate feedback, approvals, and publication assets
Prepare basic social media analytics reports
Requirements: Current enrollment in communications, marketing, or related studies
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines independently and collaboratively
Apply communications, content planning, and editing skills while supporting Black & McDonald initiatives in a hybrid Markham setting.
