Support therapeutic programming as a Therapy Assistant at Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre, working days in a regular full time position. Apply therapy interventions that help clients pursue discharge goals and functional independence.
Working under Physical and Occupational Therapists, you will contribute to the therapy team within Chronic Medical Care. The program serves adults living with complex disease or life-threatening illness. Patients include adults receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and people requiring specialized respiratory support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic programming under Physical and Occupational Therapists
Deliver appropriate interventions supporting safe functional independence
Help clients work toward their discharge goals




Contribute to clients' quality of life through therapy services
Complete other related duties as required
Requirements: Graduate from an Accredited Therapy Assistant program
Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is essential
Relevant equivalent training or experience may be considered
Computer experience is preferred
Availability for regular full-time day shifts
Bring therapeutic setting experience and therapy assistant training to support safe independence within Chronic Medical Care programming.
