Avant Respiratory seeks a Patient Care Coordinator for its Langford clinic. You will support patients receiving consultation and treatment for snoring and sleep apnea. Previous healthcare experience is not required, and full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Assist patients in person, by phone, and virtually
Manage referrals and prepare accurate patient files
Update electronic medical records and maintain documentation
Coordinate insurance coverage, authorizations, and claim submissions
Requirements: Customer service, administration, reception, or patient-facing experience is an asset
Friendly, professional, confident patient interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and learn software
