CIHI seeks an Operations Associate to maintain data input, output, security, and integrity. You will process electronic submissions, communicate with ministries and external clients, and prepare files for dissemination. The position supports production deliverables through established procedures and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process data through eDSS or SFTP systems
Maintain data receipt, processing, and dissemination workflows
Prepare and distribute scheduled files to external clients
Identify production issues and recommend solutions




Edit and execute scripts for file dissemination
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and related experience
One year of related computer operations experience
Understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office tools
Basic Python or R knowledge is an asset
Solid problem-solving, communication, and data quality skills
Support CIHI’s health data operations through careful processing, workflow maintenance, client communication, and accurate file preparation.
