Lead inventory flow and stock operations at Roots, supporting replenishment, backroom organization, and retail apparel presentation. Overnight shifts may be required.
The Stock Associate maintains operational integrity across the store and manages merchandise movement. This position handles receipts, replenishment, inventory procedures, supplies, and backroom standards. It also recruits, trains, and develops stock associates while supporting visual merchandising, events, and sales-floor needs.
Key Responsibilities: Process and prioritize merchandise receipts
Organize the backroom to company standards
Maintain productive replenishment across styles, colours, and sizes
Execute inventory procedures, transfers, damages, and receiving
Recruit, onboard, assess, and develop stock associates
Requirements: Two or more years of management experience
Retail apparel management experience preferred
Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
Ability to understand customer needs
Ability to build buy-in for decisions and products
Bring inventory leadership, replenishment expertise, and team development skills to Roots’ retail stock operations and store presentation.
