Job Description: We're currently seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly motivated individual to join our team. This role is responsible for interacting with our valued customers, providing them with information on our insurance products, and resolving any customer concerns or issues they may experience.
Key Responsibilities Interacting directly with customers, both over the phone and via email.
Answering customer inquiries regarding our insurance products.
Resolving any issues and handling customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
Updating customer records accurately in our systems.
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to enhance customer service.
Striving for customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues.




Basic knowledge of insurance products would be desirable but not compulsory.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
