Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute advisory and financing transactions
Perform financial analysis, value analysis, and detailed modeling
Prepare presentation materials and offering documents




Research company and industry dynamics
Conduct due diligence and market transactions
Requirements: Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and market data skills
Understanding of business, economics, and finance concepts
Excellent French and English verbal and written communication
Solid interest in capital markets
