As a Materials Coordinator with Modatek Systems, a Magna International division, you will manage material movement into and from the plant. The work supports normal production while meeting customer demands. You will coordinate logistics providers, monitor inventories, and make scheduling decisions during production planning coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Create and modify daily shipping schedules
Coordinate shipments with logistics companies and drivers
Expedite material for planners and production requirements
Monitor inventories, vendor releases, and production coverage




Prepare shipping documentation and maintain cumulative records
Requirements: One year of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive
Materials or Supply Chain Management education is an asset
Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of carrier management systems is required
Ability to work rotating days and afternoons and overtime
Apply materials coordination, logistics communication, and scheduling skills to support automotive production at Modatek Systems.
