Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer experiences that achieve sales goals
Upsell accessories and promote current store promotions
Conduct piercings and explain required aftercare
Maintain displays, inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts
Support the Store Manager and motivate team members
Requirements: At least one year of retail management experience
Completed some high school education
Ability to operate a POS system
Ability to stand and maneuver 11-35 kilograms
Strong communication, mathematics, organization, and self-motivation
