Lead residential heat pump installations at Jetson, using refrigerant expertise and crew leadership to deliver compliant, customer-ready homes. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
As a Lead Installer, you will complete residential HVAC work while guiding less experienced installers. The work includes heat pump systems, blueprints, wiring diagrams, refrigerant handling, local building codes, and homeowner communication. You will also help shape Jetson’s new market operation.
Key Responsibilities: Complete heat pump installations from removal through final cleanup
Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigerant systems precisely
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams during installation and troubleshooting
Guide installers, divide responsibilities,



and catch issues early
Communicate with homeowners and support continuous process improvement
Requirements: Extensive residential HVAC installation experience
Proven experience leading an installation crew
Experience training or mentoring junior technicians
Required EPA Section 608 Certification
Ability to handle equipment across physically demanding conditions
Bring residential HVAC leadership, heat pump installation, and precise refrigerant skills to Jetson’s growing electrification operation.
