This Producer role suits someone with 5-8 years of television, video, or film production experience. You will manage development, pre-production, post-production, and delivery while collaborating with clients, talent, vendors, crews, and creative teams. The work spans social, documentary, print, and broadcast productions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead productions from preparation through wrap across varying scales
Manage schedules, budgets, estimates, variances, and production deadlines
Participate in client meetings, brainstorms, and presentations
Manage post-production assets through final delivery




Develop scalable workflows and integrate AI-powered production tools
Requirements: Five to eight years of television, video, or film production experience
Robust project management, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage changing priorities, short deadlines, and production challenges
Working knowledge of online, video, film, and broadcast technology
Experience collaborating with creative teams on content development and execution
