Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls across HUB Canada West branches
Resolve inquiries and connect clients with brokers
Route calls accurately to departments, people, or branches
Promote insurance products and meet performance targets
Maintain real-time records in EPIC
Requirements: Exceptional client experience focus and genuine warmth
Calm, composed service during high call volumes
Confident communication and rapport-building abilities
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM proficiency
Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
