This Retail Store Supervisor position requires one to less than two years of experience and secondary school graduation. You will coordinate workers, assign sales duties, and maintain inventory. The position supports sales, merchandising, personnel reporting, scheduling, returns, and customer service at a physical retail location.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities for five to ten workers
Assign sales workers to daily duties and establish schedules
Order merchandise and organize retail inventory
Manage cash and authorize merchandise returns
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years of experience
English-language communication skills
Accuracy, organization, reliability, and sound judgment
Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
