You will lead journalists, oversee editorial decisions, and support accurate, compelling storytelling. Supervise Video Journalists, anchors, and newsroom staff Lead editorial decisions across Pattison Media platforms Coach writing, presentation, storytelling, and performance Champion digital-first storytelling and audience growth Uphold the RTDNA Code of Ethics Requirements:
