As a Sales & Service Representative, you will deliver Integrated Customer Solutions across Managed Stores, KeepStock, Managed MRO, and Integrated Supply programs. You will maintain materials, fulfill orders, resolve issues, and support customer satisfaction. The role requires customer service experience, computer proficiency, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Integrated Customer Solutions across assigned customer programs
Manage inventory, forecasting, replenishment, and asset activities
Execute transactions, procurement, and order fulfillment accurately




Build customer relationships and resolve complex service issues
Maintain compliance with customer, Grainger, and regulatory safety standards
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
One or more years of customer service experience required
Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Support Grainger’s customer solutions through inventory accuracy, responsive service, procurement execution, and secure onsite operations.
