Lead resource estimation and geological modelling for ERM as a Principal Technical Consultant, Geologist, with casual work offered as needed. Based preferably in Toronto or Vancouver, you will support complex mining projects.
This senior technical leader delivers solutions for primary mineral deposits and tailings storage facilities. You will advise clients, validate geological data, and guide multidisciplinary teams. The work supports international reporting standards and responsible resource development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mineral resource estimation projects professionally and ethically
Develop three dimensional geological models and geostatistical analyses
Validate geological data, QA/QC procedures, and estimation results
Prepare reports aligned with CIM, JORC, NI 43-101,



and SK1300
Mentor technical teams and support multidisciplinary assignments
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Geology or equivalent experience
Qualified Geologist designation in a Canadian province
Six or more years in geological and mining environments
Advanced resource estimation and international reporting standards knowledge
Proficiency with Leapfrog Edge, Datamine, Isatis, or similar software
Apply geological expertise, resource estimation, and technical leadership across ERM mining projects from Toronto or Vancouver.
