Dental Administrator Opportunity Available Dental Choice is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team.
Location: Dental Choice Full-Time Hours
Monday - 10am to 6pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am to 4pm
Friday - 8am to 3:30pm
What You'll Do Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service
Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy
Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry and Invisalign
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups
Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth
Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For A bubbly, positive, and engaging personality

A willingness to learn and develop recent skills

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

A team-focused mindset with a desire to grow
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Dental Administrator experience
Dental Administrator Certificate required
Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
