Account Executive | Outbound SaaS | Fully Remote, Canada
CAD $84k–$108k base / $168k–$216k OTE
We’re looking for someone who can sell outbound and build an outbound sales motion from scratch . Someone who can identify the right accounts, develop the messaging, generate opportunities and close them.
We’re partnering with a growing SaaS business providing software to nonprofit organisations. This role will focus on winning larger nonprofits raising multiple millions of dollars annually.
B2B SaaS closing experience is essential.
What you’ll be doing
Building pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
Developing account targeting, messaging and outreach.
Owning the full sales cycle, from first contact through discovery, demo, negotiation and close.
Building business cases and navigating multiple stakeholders.
Working closely with sales leadership, marketing and RevOps to establish a repeatable outbound approach.
What we’re looking for




Experience in a startup or smaller SaaS business, where you’ve helped build pipeline and shape the sales approach without extensive SDR or brand support, is highly valued.
Proven experience selling and closing B2B SaaS.
Evidence of generating and closing your own outbound opportunities.
Experience building an outbound approach, not just following an established playbook.
Robust discovery, value-selling and urgency-creation skills.
Ability to challenge a buyer’s thinking and build credibility without relying on a household-name brand.
Clear communication, commercial judgement and forecast discipline.
Nonprofit experience is helpful, but not essential.

Fully remote, based in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario
CAD $84k–$108k base / $168k–$216k OTE.
50/50 base and variable split.
