This Leasing Specialist role supports residential property management across rental communities in Canada. You will build resident relationships, address concerns, manage leasing activity, and coordinate property-related needs. The position suits candidates with customer service, sales, office administration, or related experience.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships and address resident concerns
Manage leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
Collect payments and inspect the property




Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests
Requirements: One to two years’ related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
Robust oral, written, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Valid licence, clean abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
