Analyze fleet performance and improve transportation systems as a full-time Coordinator at Techo-Bloc. Use Excel, data, and problem-solving to strengthen daily operations.
Reporting to the Transportation Systems Supervisor, you will support Techo-Bloc’s private fleet across Canada and the United States. The role involves dispatch tools, supplier relationships, KPI tracking, and process improvement. You will collaborate with dispatch, customer service, operations, and suppliers to improve execution.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with suppliers and internal transportation teams
Answer needs involving pricing, delivery options, capacity, and availability
Track KPIs, identify trends, and share operational insights




Improve transportation processes and service levels
Lead system enhancements, testing, and documentation
Requirements: At least one year of relevant experience
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and organized
Excellent spoken and written French and English
Valuable knowledge of Excel
Bring data analysis, transportation systems, and continuous improvement skills to Techo-Bloc’s growing private fleet operations.
