Key Responsibilities: Coach, motivate, and develop department employees
Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, and merchandising
Order, receive, rotate, and present products
Maintain food safety and regulatory procedures
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Requirements: Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
Grocery or replenishment experience preferred
High School Diploma
Experience analyzing financial reports and developing budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
