This full time Shipping and Packaging Associate supports daily logistics for a plastic recycling facility. You will prepare documents, verify shipment accuracy, maintain records, and coordinate customer orders. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate outbound shipments of recycled plastics and finished products
Schedule carriers, brokers, and transportation providers
Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork
Verify shipment weights, counts, and product accuracy




Maintain shipping records and inventory transactions in systems
Requirements: Previous shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Office and shipping or ERP systems proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift certification or experience considered an asset
