Finning seeks a Journeyperson Electrician for power generation field roles throughout Saskatchewan. The work includes electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, engine maintenance, and generator testing. Heavy-duty mechanics with power generation experience may also be considered, supporting a potential path toward a Dual Ticket.
Key Responsibilities: Service heavy electrical and power generation equipment
Troubleshoot and repair generators and attachments
Maintain and overhaul natural gas and diesel engines
Load test power generation equipment
Support customer service commitments
Requirements: Journeyperson Electrician certification, with Red Seal preferred
Power Systems experience and mechanical troubleshooting confidence
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Generator experience considered an asset
Ability to obtain customer site access and respirator fit testing
Bring electrical troubleshooting, power systems, and generator experience to Finning's permanent Saskatchewan field service team.
