Lead daily warehouse operations at Uber Freight, using shipping accuracy and team coaching to support reliable freight movement on-site.
As a full time Warehouse Team Lead, you will manage warehouse operations and coordinate shipping, receiving, and cross-dock activities. You will communicate professionally with internal and external customers while developing productive carrier relationships. The position includes supervising, training, scheduling, and guiding personnel toward department goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and cross-dock activities
Allocate workloads across material handling and coordination teams
Schedule employees and monitor team performance




Maintain accurate inventory through records and physical cycle counts
Enforce safety regulations and maintain OSHA compliance
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three to five years of related experience
College degree in a related field preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred
Two or more years of safe forklift operation preferred
Bring warehouse leadership, inventory accuracy, shipping coordination, and safety oversight to Uber Freight’s on-site operations.
