As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner to site leaders. Your work covers trades, office staff, technical professionals, and management roles. Strong communication, organization, and discretion support effective candidate and hiring-manager relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for assigned Trail Operations positions
Develop advertisements, review applications, and screen candidates
Prepare hiring managers with interview guidance and materials
Facilitate interviews and provide hiring recommendations
Coordinate offers, onboarding documentation,



and recruitment records
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
At least one year of recruitment-focused experience
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment legislation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital systems
Experience with HR and recruitment databases; SuccessFactors is an asset
