Position
Intermediate/Senior Music Teacher

Required Teaching Qualifications

A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate

A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers

Intermediate/Senior Instrumental Music Qualifications

Ability to Play Guitar is an Asset

Position Criteria

Willingness to Run a Repertoire Class After School One Day a Week

Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents

Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac)

Evidence of understanding of diverse learners with a focus on 'at-risk' students





Evidence of supporting Literacy and Numeracy from a whole school perspective

Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work

Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively
