GDI Services (Canada) LP seeks a Forklift Operator for food production facilities. The work combines forklift operation, steel waste-bin cleaning, floor care, equipment maintenance, and sanitation. Candidates need previous forklift experience, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and food plant cleaning knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts within industrial work areas
Clean steel waste bins in high-paced environments
Dry mop, wet mop, wash, and scrub floors
Clean and sanitize food production areas and equipment
Follow established health and safety guidelines
Requirements: Previous forklift experience
High school diploma
Food industry and food plant cleaning knowledge
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
