Your Role as a Sales Representative

Provide exceptional, personalized customer service from the moment customers enter the store through after-sales support.

Identify customer needs and recommend the full range of Bell products and services, including mobile phones, mobility plans, residential services, internet, and small business solutions.

Use effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities, achieve sales targets, and exceed performance objectives.

Build strong,



lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Stay up to date on Bell products, services, promotions, and offers by actively participating in training sessions.

Contribute to a positive team environment and help the store achieve its sales goals.

Availability for approximately 30 hours per week or more, with a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation: Hourly wage plus uncapped commissions
