Key Responsibilities: Coach, motivate, and develop produce department employees
Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory, and product presentation
Order, receive, rotate, merchandise, and present produce
Provide superior customer service and support customer loyalty
Maintain food safety, health, and regulatory procedures
Requirements: Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
Produce experience preferred
High School Diploma
Experience analyzing financial reports and managing budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
