This full time RPhT position supports CPS, a Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart division. You will check prepared medications, reconcile controlled drugs, protect patient privacy, and maintain legal compliance. The work supports efficient central filling and prescription turnaround.
Key Responsibilities: Check prescriptions for accuracy, compliance, and product quality
Complete corrections when issues are identified
Count and reconcile narcotic and controlled medications
Check products efficiently to maintain scheduled delivery routes
Protect patient privacy according to regulations
Requirements: Hold active Registered Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing
Maintain liability insurance for legal practice
Bring at least one year of pharmacy experience
Communicate effectively and demonstrate attention to detail
Complete work with minimal supervision
