Apply financial analysis and Excel skills as an Accounting Technician supporting ROBIC’s Finance team and accounting operations. This position offers flexible scheduling with remote work up to three days weekly.
Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Accounting Technician supports routine and non-routine accounting processes. The work includes journal entries, vendor payments, reconciliations, month-end analysis, and internal controls. ROBIC is an internationally renowned intellectual property and business law firm within IPH Limited.
Key Responsibilities: Record journal entries for routine and non-routine transactions
Process monthly vendor and government agency payments
Respond to vendor invoice and payment inquiries




Perform bank reconciliations and month-end financial analyses
Support internal controls and departmental improvement projects
Requirements: College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least two years of similar accounting experience
Solid French and written English proficiency
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
Bring accurate accounting, financial analysis, and organizational skills to ROBIC’s Finance team while supporting ongoing departmental processes.
