As an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support the Home Health team at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while providing personal and nursing care. The work includes IV care, catheter care, pleurex drains, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients with the multidisciplinary team
Plan and provide personal and nursing care
Deliver wound, IV, catheter, and pleurex drain care
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
Follow BCCNM standards and organizational protocols
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse experience in Home Health Nursing
Reliable, flexible, and motivated approach
Practice within BCCNM competency guidelines
Follow pharmaceutical and organizational policies
Available for rotating days and nights
