Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations and manage service flow during peak periods
Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues and supervisors
Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, presentation, and Starbucks standards
Prepare schedules, manage inventory, and monitor labour and product costs




Oversee cash handling, compliance, records, and operational procedures
Requirements: Previous management or supervisory experience in high-volume Food & Beverage
Solid communication, organizational, interpersonal, and guest service skills
Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and cost controls
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling, and timekeeping systems
Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
