What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers

Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, and order requests





Provide product information and technical support to customers

Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts

Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system

Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support, or technical support roles

Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, building materials, construction products, or technical product experience is considered an asset

Robust communication and relationship-building skills

Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong math skills and someone who enjoys working with numbers

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
