The position emphasizes audio-visual equipment, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and performance management. You will coordinate scheduling, billing approval, equipment readiness, and qualified onsite service for clients and hotels.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily technician workflow and floor activities
Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, delegation, and team performance
Maintain equipment sheets, inventory levels, safety, and quality




Meet guests onsite and verify equipment setup
Hire, develop, lead, and motivate operational staff
Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Four-plus years audio-visual and hospitality experience
Two-plus years supervisory experience, or completion of ADOP
Working knowledge of live-show audio-visual equipment
Proficiency with computer hardware, software, Internet, and Microsoft Office
Bring leadership, customer service, inventory control, and live-show audio-visual knowledge to Encore event operations.
