Fraser Health is hiring a Relief Part Time Registered Nurse for Renal Services at Tri-Cities Community Dialysis Unit, Eagle Ridge Hospital. Post-graduate Nephrology education is required, or applicants may indicate interest in pursuing specialty education. The position supports person-centered care through assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and inter-professional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients on admission and at regular intervals
Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing interventions
Coordinate care and contribute to discharge planning




Teach patients and families self-care activities
Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals
Requirements: Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Two years recent related clinical nursing experience
Post-graduate coursework or certification in the clinical area
Ability to initiate and maintain intravenous therapy
Bring renal nursing knowledge, clinical assessment, and team-oriented care skills to Fraser Health’s Community Dialysis Unit.
