This permanent position supports account services across all departments. You will assist customers with accounts and rents while handling consumer, commercial, term, and balance forward credit matters. The work includes reporting, account maintenance, and credit administration.
Key Responsibilities: Collect accounts receivable, outstanding rentals, and bad debts
Approve credit for rental and account applications
Assist customers in-store and over the phone
Maintain sundry accounts and locate customer contacts
Prepare status reports for store and regional managers
Requirements: Play at least one musical instrument
Work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Provide high-level customer service consistently
Know Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bring organized collections, customer service, and credit administration skills to Account Services in Edmonton North.
