Alberta Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Short Term Intervention Team delivering high-quality home nursing across the Southwest Home Care program. You will assess needs, plan care and provide clinically skilled services in clients' homes.
You will work shifts across days, evenings and weekends, with on-call opportunities, and collaborate with the broader health team to ensure secure, patient-centred care for diverse populations.
