Drive Alchemy Learning Management System implementation at Sofina while strengthening training, employee engagement, and people development initiatives.
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this specialist manages learning systems and supports talent management. The work includes training design, employee data analysis, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and general Human Resources activities that enhance Sofina’s culture and people.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with implementing Sofina’s Alchemy Learning Management System
Design, develop, and implement role-specific training
Analyze training, recruitment, turnover, and engagement data
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement initiatives
Produce reports on turnover,
demographics, and learning activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
Three to five years of corporate HR experience
Training and Development material design and delivery experience
Solid LMS knowledge, including ground-up implementation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases
Apply learning systems, training design, and employee data expertise to support Sofina’s people and culture priorities.
