As a Building Cleaner, you will support a welcoming environment throughout the commercial building. The work requires previous cleaning experience, customer service, independent task management, and respect for tenant privacy. You will follow cleaning procedures and safety standards while responding courteously to tenants and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and wash floors throughout assigned areas
Dust surfaces and vacuum carpets, rugs, and furniture
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, windows, walls, and ceilings
Empty trash containers and pick up debris
Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Workers Awareness Certificate
Previous cleaning experience required
Ability to work independently and organize tasks
Professional customer service and confidentiality skills
