The Sales

Manager oversees the sales team, ensures departmental targets are achieved and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

Customer Skills : Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.

Tech Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.





Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.

Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.

Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends. Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
