This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax filings, and supporting month-end reporting, while contributing to a variety of other initiatives as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full-cycle bookkeeping for corporate entities, including holding companies and property companies.Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations,



and month-end working papers.Process accounts payable and prepare payment runs.Prepare and file GST/HST returns and assist with other compliance requirements.Maintain fixed asset schedules and supporting accounting records.Assist with year-end compilations and tax returns.Support consolidated reportingPrepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support the CFO and senior management.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.QualificationsDegree or diploma in AccountingCPA designation or actively pursuing a CPA designation is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.Strong understanding of Canadian accounting principles and GST/HST requirements.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Why Join Finch Auto Group?At Finch Auto Group, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
