Deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to the gastroenterology ward on a rotational basis. Support and enhance specialist pharmaceutical care services for patients receiving high-risk, high-cost medications, such as advanced therapies and hepatitis anti-virals, delivered via Homecare services.

Provide clinical pharmacy support to outpatients and endoscopy units, as well as the daycase unit. Offer a ward-based clinical pharmacy service, including individual prescription reviews, medication history confirmation, and advice on dosage, side effects, cautions, and necessary monitoring.



Actively participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and outpatient clinics to provide pharmaceutical advice to prescribers and healthcare professionals.
